We are happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping charges, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and return the book(s) in "New Condition" within six months of purchase (Exception: books that have been personalized to specific people). Our goal is one-day turnaround, so please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable length of time after placement.
